Christmas 2024

Brass Bands are always busy at Christmas time and Northallerton Silver Band is no exception. Small groups of players braved the cold and played outside in Northallerton, Romanby, Crathorne and Stokesley to the delight of shoppers in the run up to Christmas. The band also provided a small ensemble to play for the beautiful Christingle service at All Saints in Northallerton. Our main Christmas concert was held in Northallerton Town Hall, when a wonderful variety of music was played to a great audience who participated enthusiastically. The band is now enjoying a well-earned rest and will resume rehearsals at the beginning of January, ready to begin practising a new repertoire for 2025!
